How to Prioritise Things?
People often say learn How to Prioritise thins? What they do not tell us is how should we learn that. Well I am here to help you to find the answer to this question.
There are many things that people say should come first when you prioritise things such as your family, work, health, friends and what not. These may be considered to be the important and should come in your priority list but its index number varies from person to person like some may give the first priority to their family while some may give their first priority to their friends who is their only family.
The only person what should and what should not come to your priority list varies from person to person as well as time to time. Here, is just my opinion on how to prioritise things? So, let's begin.
The first thing that should be considered as your first priority is :
1) You Yourself
The first thing or person that you should give your priority to is to yourself. It is okay to be a bit selfish time to time. When you give the first priority to someone else that someone at first may feel grateful but when you always gives the first priority to others then you are negotiating your place in that someones priority list as then, you will always have to give that someone priority even if you do not want to and get nothing in return. As the saying goes the best way to get something done is when you do it yourself. So, the best way to be treated is when you treat yourself the best.
2) The Person You Love the Most
The second place in your priority list should be of a person you love the most. By person it does not need to be just one person it could be as many person as you think are important, as if there would be only one person then it would be very difficult to choose and a total mess.In this I would suggest to have your family or friend or simply put just a someone who is there with you when you needed them the most.
3) Your Work
Well this is the pretty simple one as to be practical we all need a source of income and for that we need to work so this is a must and a pretty straightforward thing to be put in your priority list.
4) Your Health
When we say we need to work it does not mean to work till death. Your health is equally important as your work sometimes all you need to do is take a break and enjoy your life as "we only lives Once".
Therefore, have some regular checkups, monitor your eating habits (eat healthy), Monitor your sleep schedule ( have a 6 to 8 hours sleep at night)
5) Your Hobbies
It is important to give priority to your hobbies as well. You can either give some time to your existing hobbies like painting, cooking or you can develop a new hobby like going to Gym, playing some outdoor games etc.
Therefore, you could say that existing hobbies include cooking, baking, drawing, painting etc
New Hobbies may include Regularly going to the Gym, Playing some Outdoor games etc.
